WorldCat.org -- the giant database where you can search the world's libraries -- has a new look.

You can start with a basic keyword search, or click the white slider button icon to the left of the blue magnifying glass icon to open the advanced search form:

You can filter your search results using the options on the left of your screen:

To see what libraries hold a title, click on the title:

....and then you will see the details for your title.

On the upper right of the title's detail page you will find the closest location to you that carries the item, along with purchase and rental options, if available. Below the main title information you will find a complete list of libraries that hold the item. If wish to request the item via interlibrary loan, click the blue Borrow button.

That's the basics! Need help? Have questions? Please contact us!
