The L.A. Beeghly Library is the main library at Ohio Wesleyan University. The library houses an Information Commons, the Internet Café, the Media Center, the Archives of Ohio United Methodism, a Rare Books, Manuscripts, and Artifacts collection, the OWU Historical Collection, and the majority of the libraries' nearly 500,000 volumes. Beeghly Library is also home to one of the country's oldest government documents depositories.

The Media Center is located on the lower level of Beeghly Library. The Media Center offers members of the Ohio Wesleyan University community a specialized area for non-print resources and the opportunity to incorporate these resources in the academic curriculum.

The Hobson Science Library supports students and faculty in the earth, life, and physical sciences. Part of the Schimmel Conrades Science Center, it provides information resources in the form of journals, books, reference materials, reserves, and databases. Redesigned in 2004, the Hobson Science Library continues the tradition of embedded services to the sciences that began over fifty years ago.
