Need more ideas on how the library can support your students' research? The links below are examples of resources and activities that librarians have put together for your colleagues. Librarians can host similar sessions for your classes or work with you to tailor the information literacy instruction materials to your needs.
The OWU Libraries maintain a regular series of subject-area online guides intended to introduce students to basic resources for their coursework. However, we also make specialized guides on request! These can range from guides supporting a single, specific assignment to broad, specialized guides to be shared in multiple classes within a major. We are happy to work with you to create specialized online resources that meet your needs.
The library is dedicated to active learning. Here are a few examples of group projects, handouts, and other activities we've brought to classrooms. We're always happy to work with you to develop new, subject-specific presentations as well!
