Requesting from OhioLINK: Troubleshooting

For the last few days we have been aware of some problems users have been having in trying to request from the OhioLINK Catalog. When asked to submit their OWU ID information, they have received error messages saying their information is invalid. This appears to be happening when the internet browser is autofilling the name and barcode fields with incorrect information. 

To remedy this issue, make sure the "Your Name" field has your first and last name, and then reenter your OWU ID barcode number in the "Bar Code" field:



Your barcode number is the number below the barcode on your OWU. On older cards the number starts with a 2, and on newer cards it starts with a 6.


Save your updated login info in your browser.
