Why Do You Want to Travel?

You'll be writing a brief essay about a place in the world you'd like to travel to and why you want to travel there.

This site will help guide you through the basics of using the library to find and get information about the country you're interested in that you may not be able to find or access on the open web.

Throughout this assignment, if you have any questions or need help finding information about your country, feel free to contact me for help. That's me to your left.

Where Do You Want to Go?

Maybe you want to travel somewhere because you like the climate, or something about the people and their culture. Maybe you like the art, the architecture, the food, or the music. Maybe you have spiritual reasons for wanting to travel there. Or, maybe you have no idea why. You're just drawn to it for some unexplained reason.

Regardless of your reason, pick a place that you are legitimately interested in. Like any research or writing project, it's always best to choose a topic you are interested in. Otherwise, you'll be bored, and your readers will be bored, too.
