HHK 260: Exercise Prescription: Annotated Bibliography

What is an Annotated Bibliography?

An annotated bibliography is an organized list of sources that includes a brief description for each citation entry. Sources may include books, chapters, government reports, journal articles, and websites. Besides the essential bibliographic information, each entry will also have a short paragraph of the cited source that describes and assesses it. Often, the annotated bibliography pertains to a specific subject area. Make sure to find out from your professor which citation style should be used when compiling an annotated bibliography.
