Beeghly Library is used by groups across campus for classes, meetings, lectures, and other events. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis, and events must be affiliated with the university.
Rooms can be reserved through the campus reservation system.
The ICEcube is ideal for small groups, collaboration, or presentations. The room is equipped with a large flat-panel display, conference table, built-in power, and a large whiteboard.
The Bayley Room seats 100 people. It is available for
campus-related events, presentations, or large meetings.
The Great Teachers Room seats approximately 60 people. Special permission from the library director is required to reserve this space.
Group Study Room 2 seats up to 10 people. The room is great for small group study sessions and collaborative work.
Group Study Room 3 seats up to 10 people. The room is great for small group study sessions and collaborative work.
The Media Center offers classrooms for instruction sessions as well as video editing suites equipped with iMacs and screening equipment. Rooms in the Media Center may be reserved via the Media Center Reservation Request form.
